Adorling, it's probably an RNSNON because there are no specific financials in the contract yet under which it can meet the materiality tests for a full RNS. Which doesn't mean it won't be material - this agreement is for 3 years for starters.

Should be a positive first thing but a lack of terms will hold the rise back unless market sees this as the start of a momentum in contracts.

However once again the contract is devoid of numbers and value - only term is duration. But this is only the start for them.
