I sold 5k yesterday at 24.71 and another 5k this morning at 24.75pNo problem with taking a few profits here and there. I am also mindful of manipulation by the market to e.g get a placing away at, say, 20p.Mirroring what hyperborus said, this has great medium term potential but the ducks do need to line up. Today's news was not unexpected and is one more duck lined up but there are many more required and sorting out the balance sheet is the biggest Quack of all.

It wasn't said, but I believe the intention is to use this manufacturing site for other tests in the VISITECT range: notably pregnancy tests and CD4.Lots more news to come, I feel.

Glad you are OK, Long. Afternoon naps are great to refresh oneself. I would normally be plying my trade in deepwater drilling and subsea fishing but considering the downturn in the oil sector, I decided to take some time off and hence, can afford the luxury of afternoon naps. ODX is of course providing the entertainment at the moment :)
With regards to the share action here, I was hoping the 100k seller would create more of a havoc and frustrate some of the holders into selling. Sometimes, the buyer turns into a seller, creating a freefall effect to enable him to buy lower. I wonder whether that is happening here. It's risky though in case there are buyers who see value and determined holders willing to ride the share action.
I put in a buy order shortly before the final 25k buy but it has yet to be filled. There is someone else out there buying alongside me - I can feel it.

I have others I keep a closer eye on and they take an age to respond.

Long term holders who follow this thread (like myself!)have witnessed share price excitement such as this before though I think it is fair to say not such a degree of giddiness on here by some posters.

ODX is technically well into overbought territory at these levels therefore the trading update has to be well beyond expectations or the IDH situation deemed transformational for the share price to even remain around here imho.

As longshanks alluded to earlier this is such an illiquid stock, major shareholders plus Directors have 70% + and presumably the regular posters on here have a few percent between us so I would have thought that there is little or no chance of Directors adding now, Evans & Shepherd have probably acquired enough anyhow, King hasn't bought any to date and Harbinson & Grewal have shown little appetite over the years to dip their hand in their pockets and no doubt generous share options (see post 1499) will no doubt be exercised as and when it suits them.

As an investor with no inside knowledge of ODX I am as confident as I can be that this Company will get there in the end but I don't think we are necessarily at that juncture right now, still for the time being we all no doubt feel better calculating our 'paper profits' as the share price rises for now 😁
