Overhang as they are offering stock well below the current offer.

Anybody reading this thread, please be careful with Power Talker
and andrbea along with 1smart.

They wont be holding this stock for more than a day or maybe two.

Everyday they do the same think, buy a stock and over-ramp it and
then once they sell they move onto the next p&d.

I'd wait a few days and you'll be able to buy much cheaper.

all those at 0.96 or 0.97 are sells in my book (nearer 0.85 than 1.1)

unless they're pulling the wool over our eyes, as 0.98 would be a buy... ;-)

These guys are good they want their company to prosper and waived their own rights...Saving ODX cash...That shows commitment...The new company is growing and with the additional resources can explode...By mid september the new shares will be trading well over £1.50 in my opinion..

There was an Exceptional Charge of #799k (excluding goodwill) in relation to
various financial obligations entered into at the time of the reversal into
Quintessentially English plc. These charges conform to relevant accounting
standards, however lacking in common sense these may be. I draw your attention
in particular to two items in relation to the CEO's Deferred Salary Agreement
and my own warrant instrument, the charges to the Income Statement being #34k
and #93k respectively. Both Andrew Shepherd and I have waived our rights under
both agreements (see strategy section above) and there is no obligation on the
Company whatsoever, albeit a charge has been recognised. Compliance at the
expense of comprehension.

The overall loss for the period was #1,140k (2006: profit #255k), a
disappointing result in core trading terms before the additional
accounting-related costs which merely exacerbate the reported loss.

And if you read why it was such a big loss, you then see it was by no means anywere near as bad as it looked..

according to June figures, the old company wasn't profit-making

Financials - Prelim (26/6/2007)
Turnover £m 2.03
Pre-tax Profit £m -1.14

with an RTO of 2 profitable entities, surely the only way is up?

MTV i hold 1,100,000 im not selling and accumulating...Same as ABH, IGH,ASE and others...

Come on this or any of the other threads in the future as i will still be here...Also IHP still in those with 500k....They have returned me 75% so far...You worry about whether im in or not because i wont...I dont buy to sell for 10% profit i want 100-1000%..

One or two of the above will return me 1000% this being one.

As usual though PT you are not posting the online limits because
they are very bad.

0.88p bid for 25k v 0.95p offer for 225k.

So if you buy in size you will find it hard to sell for anyprice,
that seems to be happening a lot in your old threads where you are
long gone after the dump.

Was it Mtv where somebody sold 500k well below the price.

It's a little obvious to all who post on these threads that you and
andrbea will be long gone and out of this stock by tomorrow.

So why do you two posters continue to post long term when you cant hold
a stock for more than a couple of days.

Presumably, the new-look Omega would have a new management team, with executives from the 2 new companies joining the Omega board.

These are people who have hands-on experience in growing companies (cash-generative and profitable)

... such a change at the top has to be good?

bit like sandford and tse consulting
the new company is excelling in its field whereas the cash shell wasn't.

would have expected a bigger price reaction today

this company has made its first-ever! acquisition
and both the new assets are cash generative..

this has to filter thru' to omega's bottom line?

Andrew Shepherd, the company's chief executive said: "The acquisition of Genesis-CNS is highly significant as it is our first since joining AIM in September 2006. Genesis and CNS are growing, profitable and cash generative businesses operating in the growth markets of Autoimmune Disease and Food Intolerance testing. They also have proven new technologies which will strengthen and diversify the Omega product offering
