23/2/2011 11:46 | Just bought into these. MONIS I think you're right. | habib idris
20/2/2011 19:10 | I am just glad that I sold out in Oct. 09 when the possible offer was announced, at above 30p. Now small shareholders are being shafted by selling a huge number of new shares at to the directors and their friends at 12p - a lot less than private shareholders can buy them. | ![]() this_is_me
14/2/2011 14:02 | Does anyone have a link to trades on plus today thanks. | ![]() monis
14/2/2011 10:39 | This company seems off the radar from most investors at present imo. | ![]() monis
14/2/2011 09:18 | This expanding company now looks undervalued imo dyor. | ![]() monis

10/1/2011 12:36 | Bought a few of these this morning. Will monitor and grab a few more if it goes more towards the placing price. I dont mind if its a wait and profits dont come through till 2012/13. | ![]() stegrego
01/1/2011 08:17 | Thanks GHF and davy for your comments, wait and keep a close eye on this my gut feeling is positive with this one. | ![]() ashtree2
31/12/2010 12:56 | I have to agree with davydoo. I was v interested on back of the Techinvest tip but earnings will be significantly depressed for the next couple of years...4p EPS estimates now reduced to 1.6p for current year. Yes, in the long term this may well prove to be a company defining acquisition, problem is that it will take 2-3 years before investors know whether this strategy successful. Good company but acquisition and massive placing have muddied the waters somewhat for me to consider investing at his stage. Also, you could buy under mid yesterday....always smacks of an overhang and I would imagine that some that took shares at 12p may be taking some profit. Good luck. GHF | glasshalfull
31/12/2010 11:28 | That depends how you view 64m shares issued at 12p, when previously there was only 21m shares in issue with a priced at 18p. To me that is an enormous overhang. Or you could say it now has a very solid institutional shareholder base. I've sold all mine. | ![]() davydoo
31/12/2010 09:20 | Bought 2k's worth today at 15.6. Is there an overhang of shares at present,anybody know? | ![]() ashtree2

20/12/2010 15:33 | Presumably Hargrave Hale grabbed some of the placing. | ![]() spaceparallax
13/12/2010 12:18 | I tend to agree that the gravitational effect of the 12p placing is likely to override the recent good news in the short-term. That said, I'd be surprised if we dip below 14p and do expect to see a steady upward trend once we've firmed up our support. Definitely one for patient holders. | ![]() spaceparallax
10/12/2010 19:50 | I admire youre enthusiasm, but if a return to 30p+ was realistic in 6/8 months, then the BOD have sold shareholders short by issuing new stock at 12p, without giving an option to existing shareholders. Thats not a sign i like, so ive sold. I like what the co does and how its doing it though. I will just keep any eye on it. Good Luck. Hope you get your 30p+ soon. | ![]() davydoo
10/12/2010 19:32 | Davy, the institutions will have a lock in period and don't usually look short term. Re: the dilution.. if the deal is viewed by the market as a good one which I believe is the case we will have a 10 million market cap co. with 10 million annual sales at a growth rate of 15%. Debt is under 1 million currently and I see a re-visit to the 30p+ region quite possible in the next 6/8 months.IMHO. In light of the 2012 statement the market looks ahead and will look at the 2012 probable position in 2011 not in 2012 as a "current event". luchan. | ![]() luchan
10/12/2010 19:19 | What about the flood of shares about to issued at 12p? how many of the institutions will be looking to sell at 18p? at 24p? never mind back to 36p I see a potential massive overhang here for a long time. The company has borne uge costs to prepare the bid and raise the money, plus in the statement suggested no material benefit until 2012. I think this is a great deal for the co. just not shareholders at this time. I'd be looking to try and get back in at a later date. | ![]() davydoo
10/12/2010 19:08 | Chaps, this stood at 36p just over a year ago & the co. now is in better shape. I think with the latest acquisition this should easily double from here.IMHO. luchan. | ![]() luchan

07/12/2010 20:56 | It was due Sat 4 Dec according to the Nov issue (and the website), and that was when it arrived in the soft South-East. But it's good to know they are making allowances if deliveries to other parts are delayed. | ![]() b1ggles |
