Slowly accumulating these, bought another 100k at 3.56p. A low cap, high growth opportunity.

Have an average around 10p, the high on the COVID spike was £1.21p remember.

This stock is exceptionally sensitive to even low volume buying, they have plenty of cash so no placing worries at all.

Do I expect to see my money back, yes !

hi misterx

yes i agree completely. in particular i have researched the CFO's patterns and involvement with the other PLC's he has been involved with in the past and then too (twice) he has bought at prices before then selling the business to an outsider at much higher prices (12-18mths later).

also they are both heavily incentivised with share options etc... so why spend real money when one is going to be rewarded anyway, unless it seems like an excellent risk/reward.

the only negative scenario i could contemplate is that they are trying to inflate the price ... now they dont need to do that to raise funds (since they have c.5m net CASH in the bank) but it was for acquisitions? so i see that as a possibility (albeit outside) but one which i would be happy with as any acquisitions increase the size of the MV which brings in more investors which typically gives the overall company a higher rating.

so, for me, all the scenerios seem positive.
though the biggest sign overall is the fantastic chart which has obviously shaken the crash from the covid mania peaks and is now forming a very strong recovery pattern.

All IMHO, DYOR + BoL
ODX is in my top5 holdings

Regardless of opinions of ODX you simply have to take notice of those 2 x 1m director purchases on Friday.

The CEO (and others) sold all his stock in Feb 2021 at 80p bagging £250,000 - he has now bought in at the bottom.

In a nutshell they knew when to sell and must know when to buy !

It is clear the health and nutrition business is worth more than the current £3m market ascribed value, it must be appealing to a predator, the company could easily attract a bid therefore.

The last broker coverage was in Q4 offered a target price of 12p a share.

Instead of making a virtue of getting shot of King and Evans aka Laurel and Hardy, they replace the buffoons like for like.
They couldn’t run a bath in the UK but are going to make it big in the States. I fully expect them to buy the Brooklyn Bridge.

Yes £5 m in cash they say but isn't half of that still potentially owed to DHSC, or have I missed them resolving those claims? As for the next financial year, they've said that every year for the last 3 years, most AIM companies are the same. How many of those orders could get cancelled to due non-delivery? How long before the Chinese copy the tests and make them cheaper anyway? Maybe in 5 years they might get somewhere but I doubt it with the BoD they have.
