btw
I think there is 1 mistake in your write up

it mentions cash raise at 5p, whereas I think you meant "at 4p"

----

"On 6 May 2022, Omega announced its intention to raise gross proceeds of up to £4.1 million by way of a Placing, Subscription and Open Offer (together the "Fundraising"), all at an issue price of 4 pence per New Ordinary Share."

----

I think it would be useful, if you could consider to update your write up to make it clear what is the situation of the building that ODX plans to move to.
For example
- is it being built for ODX (I think yes, either built or modified)

- does ODX have any TNAV in it or is it all going to be a leased building ?

- ODX now don't plan to move until 2025 I think. Does ODX have to pay any rental/lease costs in '23 or '24 if the building is ready but ODX leaves it empty ??

I don't know.
I think various ppl would like to know.

There's still time! Have opened a position here. Looks like the biz has turned a corner and is now a great recovery stock. Bags of potential. Can see this flying well past 12p, by the way.

cash in escrow outside of the co. & cash received & in the company's own bank account

-----

risk/reward

with today's RNS the risk factor has reduced a lot.

that £4m makes the NTAV a notable % of the cap. value.

Larger buyers (500k+) are being asked to pay 4.25p, price is still strengthening in the background.

It is worth remembering that large buyers were paying up-to 4.5p a share yesterday, there were a number of auctions, this suggests institutional investors are acquiring.

Early doors profit taking by retail traders will shortly dry up - it is evident the market does not want to let new buyers in cheaply.

Omega is a turnaround play from a low base, management have demonstrated they are able to re-organise efficiently.

The company has a firm financial footing - shortly the cash position will exceed £6.5m - how many AIM companies sub £10m m/cap would like a cash position in excess of £6m.

The shrewd will accumulate and look to exit north of 15p - in the meantime that well constructed note offers a target price of 12p

Price is strengthening behind the scenes - they want a large premium for just £10k of stock currently.

A number of retail brokers are 'at best' above 50,000 shares.

Expect this to bounce later.
