I think the 300/- are purchases.if they are we could do with a few more days of these to clear the surplus

Lik...why are you worried about their remuneration.at the the end of the day they are paid the going rate...if they don't deliver on what they have said re anual reports then that's a different matter.im more concerned with the chairman jumping ship with bread in his basket. Aren't you.

I reckon if major shareholders were calling the shot, the board would have been out. Board doing everything to protect their pay; remember the juicy wages I posted recently. The placing was close to the sum of their salaries.

If major shareholders are really calling the shots it give a little more confidence as their needs align with PIs

Lik...I cant speak for anyone else but this is what I will be looking for over the next nine months. a baby Only joking. Firstly a sizeable order for cd4350 coming from Nigeria say 100,000 plus units every six months. Starting from July/August.CD4200 being validated by Who. Swiftly followed by a sizeable order from an aids agency. Clearance from China to sell food intolerance in China/Hong Kong by year end with a clear indication as to how much revenue we can expect. Further sales through IDS during the next six months. Should no orders materialise for Visetect by March next year I would like to see that the company takes decisive and prompt action to close that segment of the business and also reduce capex on allergens if sales are not coming through. In my view if food intolerance stood on its own the company would be very profitable with China also being marketed. In terms of the BOD my feeling is that their hands are tied and that the largest shareholders are now making all the major decisions.

In a company like this, where Christopher Mills entities have a %, it's a very good sign when those entities totalled are the highest % shareholder. Why not here? Normally because it's not a priority holding or returns not anticipated to be stellar.

I do have an agenda, I really want to buy back in. Something tells me no. The share price discount to real value is because of the management. They are a handicap imho. Stopping me from buying back in as an example, bet there are others the same.

Once trust in management is gone only swapping them all out gets it to return.

If you leave things with this board, you will say goodbye to your 2%. You keep saying that they have delivered on everything they said but i will ask you one simple thing: where is the shareholder value/return?

You mention 11p many feel the value is a good 9p higher.im still collecting information on the trades as well as the register movement.I.e short selling buying back before settlement avoiding a movements on a individual holding.this still shows up on crest and the register..i,will post all my findings when complete on every financial message board I can find if it does look like this is being manipulated in some wsy

I shouldn't worry too much about removing the bod.inmo they are now just figure heads with the larger investors making the decisions.however honourable their communication to smaller investor's are im afraid it looks like our larger holders have their own spivy ideas.lets just hope that this is not somehow connected to Woodford patient fund.i.e invesco connection

Another point here is that currently the larger holders were only interested in taking up more shares after the price was driven down.recent trades are from small investors selling and mot buying. Tho bod are also not investing. So this in my view is now vital that they show support.it makes you wonder if there is more going on behind the scenes of which the current bod are not going to benefit.hence lack of purchases

I really do feel that the directors should show some sort of support here.especially now the results have been pushed back to the end of August.it looks highly suspicions that there is a closed period.personally I could stomach that to the end of June, but not August.becoming very tempted to start to reduce my holding now

Have to agree with all the misgivings expressed on here but The ONE thing that keeps me hanging on is the substantial Sneller stake. I have a very decent average here just now and another penny or so up from here and I'll be back in profit. I don't see the sum of the parts being worth less than 11p.

Need to get the board out. Really need to make our votes count to show our displeasure. Telling a 2% shareholder that results will be out end of June when it will actually be released in August.

it does make you wonder if they are playing with p,i . A bit worrying really. Maybe they think anyone holding less than 5% are not worth communicating with. You never know an offer may come in before the results
