Shareholders are advised that the Board has had various engagements with Mr Peter Moyo, the OML and Old Mutual Life Assurance Company Limited (OMLACSA) Chief Executive Officer.

These engagements have caused the Board to conclude that there has been a material breakdown in trust and confidence between him and the Board.

As a result, the Board has suspended the Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.

Iain Williamson, Chief Operating Officer will assume the role of acting Chief Executive Officer.

Not sure. All depends on your portfolio and what else you have. If your holding is less than £10k I would sell into the demerger rather than muck about with small holdings

You're not digging. Just feel that quilter will be a target as lacks critical mass. This is not a bad thing.

Interesting that the sale of the Latin business comes the day after the results are announced with no indicative sale price.
