The whole purpose of reverse takeover



The main goal:
Is to increase the number of financing options available to publicly held companies is a primary reason to undergo a reverse takeover.


Possibly someone bidding on behalf the company to push the price up for funding, that's my opinion.

What I can say the same people buying in small chunks are the same one who's trying to sell their larger load in the background.

That's why the delayed big sells. Intentions is to try to push the price up.

5.5p offer and if it was NT to buy it would be full offer for small but a quick test of the offer shows it's 5.14p offer or mid price

Is he a lying scammer or not? He's been scamming folks in many of his disasters for many years doubt he has much money left.

Otherwise he would be buying million shares if he thinks 30p next week.
