20/7/2018 13:42 | You can buy at 4.40p | amrishbhim
20/7/2018 13:32 | Most probably. Good luck. | wild_dog
20/7/2018 13:25 | Seem like we going to receive a RNS soon to advise what's happening, | amrishbhim
20/7/2018 13:23 | Looks like MMS now know why it has risen and they have widened the spread to stop buying. In every shares many people have to lose, winners here would potentially get shares allocated at discount at the expense of punters buying in the highs. who are the winners?. | wild_dog
20/7/2018 13:19 | Maybe email Beaumont Cornish Roland Cornish , tell them some people are speculating about placing or funding. It's either yes or not. | bennie_m
20/7/2018 13:19 | I agree with you | amrishbhim
20/7/2018 13:18 | I'm not going for 100 million I was making a statement , | amrishbhim
20/7/2018 13:14 | Am You still going about £100m for what reason and what basis. I am saying the main reason for RTO is to avoid cost and for financing purposes and I believe the reason it has been pumped someone (possibly broker) leaked it and a firm to push it. Shares do not go up for no reason. I asked a simple question how do they increase their capital from £1.2m to say £5m. When it is trading at 7p-8p possible to do it at 3p funding. Some firms who pushed the price up, get allocated cheap shares too. That's my opinion. B1 | bennie_m
20/7/2018 13:06 | Simple answer to that is you quick buck merchants never buy these winners before they spike. You buy these stocks you probably never heard of the day before hoping you can get a further spike. 2018 is the year of spike up then spike down next day because 99% of the buyers are less than 1 day traders so unless the stocks have incredible news or fundamentals to back them up they will start drifting the day after the spike. Your moaning abrish but you sell as well so I do not get why you do it. | dave4545
20/7/2018 12:43 | To get better coverage and funding. Spend a bit more on the main listing in the hope it pays off. Mind you IPO do cost a lot of money too, that's why they did a RTO. That's the whole point of RTO, fees , regulatory issues ............ | wild_dog
20/7/2018 12:41 | Main listing NOT aim rubbish. Why do that | shirley83
20/7/2018 12:33 | Just be realistic why is it trading at £20m, someone wants it here for one reason only. Still Mcap £20m out of thin air. Be reasonable and think why. | wild_dog
20/7/2018 12:28 | Maybe MMS did not ask for it for one reason as they need it up for the placing. :) | wild_dog
20/7/2018 12:26 | One reason for no speeding ticket last night | amrishbhim
20/7/2018 12:24 | Ask yourself a genuine question how do they increase their capital? How long will £1.2m last? Miraculously the share price goes up based on nothing. Maybe someone should contact the company if statement about funding is true. You know comments make on forums, could be true or merely talks & speculation. | bennie_m
20/7/2018 12:20 | Who's the "leaky" underwriter? LOL | bennie_m
20/7/2018 12:18 | Yes it's main listing but funding is coming though. | quick roic
20/7/2018 12:16 | It's a MAIN listing with big names. Watch this soace | shirley83
20/7/2018 12:14 | It's not inconceivable that someone pumping illiquid shares for a big funding. At the end they have only £1.2m, it's not heavily capitalised to succeed. So where do they get the money? Easiest way Placing. | quick roic
20/7/2018 12:12 | BREAKING DOWN 'Reverse Takeover - RTO' Under a reverse takeover (RTO), a private company does not need to pay the expensive fees associated with setting up an IPO. However, the company does not acquire any additional funds through the merger, and it must have enough funds to complete the transaction on its own. While not a requirement of an RTO, the name of the publicly traded company involved is often changed as part of the process. Additionally, the corporate restructuring of one or both of the merging companies are adjusted to meet the new business design. It is not uncommon for the publicly traded company to have had little, if any, recent activity, existing as more of a shell corporation. This allows the private company to shift its operations into the shell of the public entity with relative ease, all while avoiding the costs, regulatory requirements and time constraints associated with an IPO. While a traditional IPO may require months or years to complete, an RTO may be complete within weeks. | quick roic
20/7/2018 12:00 | About the reason for reverse takeover is to seek financing? That's the whole point of that transaction. Don't be surprised that someone bidding shares for that reason. 20m mcap with £1.2m. I believe a big funding has been planned or it's in the pipeline. Don't be surprised to see funding at half the share price But outlandish statement by Reks 10p today, 30p next week is clearly disingenuous . Lying about NT trades, delayed buys when they are actually sells. | bennie_m
20/7/2018 11:57 | Totally disagree with your statement | amrishbhim
20/7/2018 11:54 | Can Bob deny what I am saying about reverse takeover? Is there a possibility of a big funding? Thank you Bennie | bennie_m |
