Oilex Ltd (Oilex or the Company) provides the following announcement in line with its AIM Rule 17 disclosure requirements.
Mr Roland Wessel was a director of Irminio S.R.L. until 30 November 2020. Mr Wessel was recently made aware that the records for Irminio S.R.L. at the relevant Italian corporate registry (The Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture of Palermo and Enna) confirm that on 16 February 2021, the Palermo bankruptcy court published Irminio S.R.L.'s request for admission to an agreement with creditors. The most recent information (filed on 1 June 2021) indicates that the proceedings are ongoing.
