Why delisting risk? The process of merger and acquisition is complex, the transfer of equity needs to obtain the consent of the surviving shareholders of the target company, the amendment of the articles of association of the target company needs to negotiate with the surviving shareholders, and a lot of due diligence work is needed to avoid contingent liabilities. Therefore, the work cost of equity merger and acquisition is high.

It probably depends what API they pull their data from and can be a blip. Have seen it in some charts and occasionally can just print strangely.

They've already got more data it seems for more tapping into reservoir, so I'd imagine once new JV announced it'll be all go. It was always an amazing asset wasn't it, just GSPC mucking. What are your thoughts re the JV? Its been in discussion for some time so surely won't take them long to announce now. Aussie company perhaps?

You just block them now. Superb. I just don't understand these five min traders. They may get lucky once but ultimately lose. Things are changing here v quickly now with Oilex and looking a year down the line I'd like to see it between 2-3p which is entirely possible.
