Those big trades volume 3 days ago was a sign of forward selling. I have explicitly said, rinse and repeat, I have done it many times myself.

Wait for the placing, usually for this share it will go below placing by -50%.

Look at the history of placing the price 2-3 months later.

They release that RNS about placing today, as the placing was already agreed upon a week or so, and then pump and dump were orchestrated by MMS.


Companies like OEX gets funding mostly by placing shs at a big discount, this time there could be warrants too.

It looks like the dumped shares are being accumulated by another deep pocket. Just changing hands as if the buyer, seller and the broker are all on the same page. Otherwise the share price would have be like .10 p but TR1 surely not long now

"Oilex plans to raise additional funds over the next approximate month" we all knew funds were required (It was in earlier RNSs) I agree with Cahus, I also don't think it will be from a placing

The thing investors are not thinking is this is now a massive gas producing company and need the funds to become a producer in India. Why the hell wouldnt you be buying ahead of the production. Massive opportunity here.

The funds are to frac additional gas - that gas can be sold at inflated prices.
It's not as it the additional funding is to delay a 'death-spiral'.

Company were tweeting taking pics showing all sorts last weekThey said an update early this week but nothingUsually signs that a placing has been done and forward sold hence now they will go quiet now.Sorry folks but looking likely to test 0.2 tomorrow and belowCannot see this anywhere near 0.3 let alone over itThe pumpers have run away on twitter as well
