Under Ron Miller it seems OEX were not drilling or stimulating the drills correctly. The schlumberger and bakers reports pretty much marked 'x' on the map and showed how the cambay could be drilled. Have a read from the article 2010 - The gas hasn't gone anywhere and OEX was 10-14p during the initial drills. No brainier.https://eco | h2owater

11/12/2018 07:18 | JosephRobert I perfectly agree with your reasoning that market price should compare to 2013 diluted price. One has to add to that the fact that Oex have still 9 years license left as opposed to 4 to max 6 years at that time. As regards to drilling Oex are now better armed to crack the code and in an environment that costs less to drill. | buci
10/12/2018 20:10 | h20 - 10 Dec '18 - 13:35 - 19744 of 19748 - FWIW that appears to tie in to what we know. OEX communications reiterates time and time again that (following the GOI assisted licence extension) OEX want to develop Cambay for GOI; start date penciled in for 2019 (which is what GOI wants), so it fits GOI have to knock heads together in the timescales Retour_du_Renard suggested i.e. weeks. The main reason why GSPC paid the court the required monies was simply to have the possibility of an agreeable settlement (a ticket for the game), rather than kicked into touch with 0% Cambay and that doesn't necessarily mean arbitration. If it went to Arbitration, rather than just in name only, we would only hope to drill in 2020, no good for all stakeholders, inc. GOI and maybe GSPC too. Why some people believed that meant an agreement pre Dec 1 was beyond me; GSPC have been a major pain for years, so it is unlikely that they would change 'overnight'. As for the resource 'discussion' on the LSE, then people need to understand what they are investing in. At the moment it is a resource which may or may not be developed. That resource has the potential to be developed into reserves that can be more accurately valued. There are no accurate numbers into what is underneath the ground until the code has been cracked; it is all potential at the moment. That said there may be more than what has been alluded to, but that is years away if it ever happens. A useful way to value OEX at this stage is to compare the existing Market Cap with pre 77H OEX Market Cap. The reports will show the share issue at the time. Broadly speaking we are at a similar stage to where we were in 2013. At the end of 2013 we had the cash to drill and the drill was on it's way. I wouldn't take too much on board to where the CoS is now, or certain things that the experts have said in how to improve the success of a drill; to say that complete success will be made with the next drill is unlikely. Key thing is to use the available information from the previous drill and repeat as necessary. There was a comparison a couple of years ago with an american resource which became something big, but had got nowhere commercially in 4 drills if memory serves correctly, on the 5th it cracked the code. The legacy issues of the previous management is slowly ebbing away from people's mind, but I'm not sure it should have any bearing, and focusing on the back of RM has been a worthwhile thought since the extension was given. If RM et all was still in place I can't see that the extension being made and OEX would have gone to the wall. I don't underestimate the impact JS etc has done. The resource is the same; developing that is the key. 'I have been told by management that there will be a very strong update on developments (discussions and drilling) before xmas.' That seems unlikely that any company would use those word 'very strong' so that's concerning. It is also worth seeing that the oil price has fallen out of bed, and the trend has well and truly been broken so that has reduced the chance that the resource is developed. However check the HH gas price. 'At the end of the day the choice is yours but this price is complete nonsense compared to the value that have now been official verified.'I don't know about any official verification of the value, so I don't understand that - is that the marketing research? DCF without knowing it can be drilled successfully - being polite that's a big jump. Anyways the key thing there is money to be made here as the Market cap. is way lower than post agreement between GSPC and OEX. I can't see that how that isn't going to happen. | josephrobert

I can tell you now without fear of contradiction that neither company is actively 'pressing the process'. The first few months does not involve both parties sat around a table but posting submission for consideration in a few months (June). So anything you see posted on this board about arbitration is completely misinformed and wild speculation.https:// | h2owater
