I bought some more recently...I mentioned on Aug 1 about the new Banner Document Services subsidiary...seems to me that it is highly profitable.

If you look at the Minority Interest in the Interims it is £118k.

I assume this refers to the 40% that their partner Shred Easy Ltd own.

So the Profit after tax for the 1/2 year for 40% of the operation is £118k.

Using say 28% Corporation Tax then this equates to £164k Profit before Tax.

OFF own 60% so their share would be £164k 60/40 = £246k

Not bad for a start-up in 6 months!....and OFF have the right to acquire the remaining 40%...looks like a winner to me if my workings are correct.
