02/4/2009 08:19 | in for another 5k BLUE day as predicted - woosh | moreforus
01/4/2009 18:54 | Punters get bored, they see other stuff going up and think they are missing the fun - so they sell and play chase the lady. It's at that point that all the bored are out and the stock rises. Look at the chart, not unrealistic that these hit 140p before long and if they do the PE would still only be 5.4 and the growth is excellent - the yield would still be 8% @ 140p too. Won't be long imo. CR | cockneyrebel
01/4/2009 18:40 | i think ther expectation was it would be going up not down but you are absolutely right re the chart... expect an upwave - i'veplayed this game before stocks dont always go up in a straight line...(-; think we are going to be blue tomorrow!!! | moreforus
01/4/2009 17:15 | Then you have the AGM in 3 weeks :-) CR | cockneyrebel
01/4/2009 17:15 | come on, it did this a few weeks ago, look at the chart. It then shot up 22%. Ar epunters going to want to miss a 7p+ divi next week? I won't, if they stay this cheap ahead of that I'll have more - 95p net buy price if you net off that divi - 26p eps forecast. PE 3.5 and growth of 25% odd and a 12%+ divi next year! CR | cockneyrebel
01/4/2009 16:14 | recovering, seems to be going down. | miked500
01/4/2009 16:02 | recovering nicely - think this will accelerate up before end of tax year as is isable | moreforus
01/4/2009 15:08 | looks like we have a nice little bounce forming.. these should be 150 not 100 by now!! | moreforus
01/4/2009 12:05 | looks like we are due a bounc tight spread bid up.. | moreforus

31/3/2009 06:26 | think we are now ready to move up.. 1st "blue day" yesterday - isa target immiment [;us i snagged another 5k at 104... | moreforus

28/3/2009 15:21 | ok woosh day monday then... | moreforus
28/3/2009 14:48 | Few weeks? it goes xd on the 8th, you need to be holding on the close of the 7th to get it - 10 days time. CR | cockneyrebel
28/3/2009 14:46 | just a bit of profit taking before the enxt leg up... imagine people will pile in for the divi in a few weeks. | moreforus
28/3/2009 14:24 | 19p over the next 54 weeks, that's nearly 20%. And a PE of under 4. And fully listed, so you can ISA that divi :-) CR | cockneyrebel
28/3/2009 13:10 | Final divi of 7.5p to be had here if you buy before 8 April :o) | nurdin
28/3/2009 12:58 | There are quite a few examples of companies where the shares have fallen to levels where there are very attractive yields," he said, citing Office2Office which increased its dividend last month, helping send its battered shares soaring over 40 percent. | cockneyrebel
19/3/2009 20:35 | Depends how long you are holding but the forecasts are for 26p eps. If you think the market will be a bit more 'normal' in a year then I can't see how these will be on anything less than a PE of 7. That's 180p in a year imo. In the meantime I also expect to pick up around 19p in dividends too. 30% growth forecast this year, even if they did half that and pay 11p divi they have to be worth double imo. At £2 they are still paying 5.5% and you're getting decent growth for nothing - what's growing at this pace these days? Not much and if it is it isn't paying 5.5% yield too. ISA-able - and director buying too. CR | cockneyrebel
19/3/2009 15:48 | 50K buy I see @ 105p. Still crackingly cheap, wait till the market re-rates CR | cockneyrebel |
