Luckraft said: 'Short-term income is down but I have moved the portfolio into yield stocks which have fallen out favour, but are looking attractive.'

One such example is recent addition office2office, which is yielding just under 10% and Luckraft sees the dividend as safe. In fact, he argues dividends offered by small caps are relatively safe in the current environment, as management often have personal stakes and therefore a strong alignment of interest with shareholders and a reliance on the income offered by dividend yields.

RENEWAL OF NHS SUPPLY CHAIN AGREEMENT

In accordance with our stated policy to announce material contract wins and
retentions, office2office plc ("o2o"), the managed procurement and business
critical services group, is pleased to announce the renewal of its arrangements
to supply NHS Supply Chain for a term of four years from 1 April 2009.

This announcement follows a competitive tendering process and the new agreement
is currently subject to the legally required "standstill" period.

NHS Supply Chain manages the procurement and delivery of over 500,000 products
for more than 600 healthcare organisations. o2o provides a "just in time"
logistics solution for the supply of a broad range of office and business
products into NHS Supply Chain warehouses, using closely integrated systems and
processes to ensure an efficient and seamless service.

Simon Moate, Chief Executive Officer of o2o, said: "The renewal of this
agreement reflects the excellent working relationship that exists between NHS
Supply Chain and o2o, which is based on the provision of consistently high
levels of service. We look forward to supporting NHS Supply Chain in the
delivery of its objectives during the term of the new contract."

SIGNIFICANT NEW GOVERNMENT BUSINESS SECURED

In accordance with our stated policy to announce material contract wins and
retentions, office2office plc ("o2o" or the "Group"), the managed procurement
and business critical services group, is pleased to announce that it has secured
significant new business with the Ministry of Justice.

The Ministry of Justice is responsible for the courts, prisons, probation,
criminal law and sentencing. The new arrangements with o2o cover the supply of
office products to over 750 locations across England and Wales. As well as
creating significant new revenues for the Group, the award secures o2o's
existing business with HM Prison Service...''

With the prison population rising by the day, there will be no bars to OFFs earnings growth going forward...:o)

XD today, you get your 7.5p and the share slips a similar amount usually.

The price will re-adjust here out tho imo - @ 107p the PE is now lower @ just 4. Way too cheap for a co growing like these are.

Question - out of interest

Not sure on the mechanics, but when a trade is placed, do the MM's work on one consolidated screen to see both LSE, and PLUS market trades, or do they have to look at both to see whats available ?

have a look at WSH - it's gained back all the divi dip within a day of going xd.

7.5p here Weds then those that like buying xd for CGT rather than income will drive it back up imo.

Directors buying here as with WSH too, Monster divi that's growing and strong growth.
