   Combined New Share Offer and Issue of Combined New Share Offer Document 
 
   The Companies have today launched a Combined New Share Offer (the 
"Offer") to raise up to GBP13,500,000 million in aggregate split equally 
between the Companies, in the 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 tax years.  Full 
details of the Offer are contained in an offer document (the "Offer 
Document") issued by the Companies, dated 4 April 2014. 
 
   The Offer opens today, 4 April 2014, and will close at 12 noon on 30 
April 2014 unless fully subscribed at an earlier date.
