Declaration of maiden dividend

Octagonal Plc (LSE: OCT), the AIM traded financial services group, is pleased to announce that, following the 31 October 2017 announcement, the Company has declared and will pay a dividend of 0.1pence per ordinary share as per the timetable below.

-- Ex-Dividend Date: 30 November 2017

-- Record Date: 1 December 2017

-- Payment Date: 15 December 2017
