The results are for the year ended dec 2016, and imo, are largely irrelevant.

The chairman and ceo only joined last summer, so it is only really from the start of this financial year that they that have had the chance to work their magic.

From the responses so far, it is easy to see why so many pi's lose money in shares, as they look back far too much.

It is the future that matters, and the future here, starting from earlier this year, looks exceptionally bright.

The company, for the first time, is focused, with a clear business plan, and the added bonus of a likely listing in China or Hong Kong.

I would ignore the minimal revenues from 2016. From this year onwards, they will be rising exponentially.

I guess shareholders should be grateful that they managed to get results out just about today. Talk about cutting it fine!

Without even reading the RNS anyone who has invested for any period of time will be perturbed by the fact they chose to release the RNS after the market close. This leopard does not seem to change its spots despite lots of hot air and corporate mumbo jumbo. Pleased I sold ages ago, despite having missed out on the rally a while back.

A very detailed update - more so than most other companies ever put out at this level.

A night of reading ahead, however at a glance what is this all about?

With respect to cost of sales of $141,000 the audit evidence available to us was limited because the company's accounting records in relation to this area had been deleted and could not be recreated. Owing to the nature of the company's records, we were unable to obtain sufficient appropriate audit evidence regarding the cost of sales by using other audit procedures

Just saw todays RNS. Whilst I suspect many on here, including me, dont bother too much about impact investing, some clearly do, so every bit helps.

It also looks like the ceo gave a hint about current business too....

I'd like it if it did, but I actually cant see it making any difference. I doubt OBT will export very much to the UK.

Yes, but I guess some smaller investors have grown bored of the waiting. The stockmarket though, is a mechanism for transferring wealth from the impatient to the patient.

They are growing fruit and veg and chopping down trees. It is the simplest business model anywhere.

In the short term, that was correct. I guess we need to see evidence of significantly improving revenues before the next leg up can last sustainibly.

We should have an update within a few days.

Personally, I dont expect H1 to be anything special, but I do expect H2 will at last be the start of what will be a company transforming rise in revenues.

Mental health is finally in focus. At least it's now safe to say that possibly most of the haters on these boards have some form of depression or anxiety issues.It's not embarrassing to say if you do. But would explain why haters hate so much.To be naturally angry and negative about stocks that are actually doing well and have good management and growing operations must be difficult to live with?Constantly walking around and looking at rising prices with a grey cloud must be SO tiring??
