25/5/2017 09:36 | JakNife. You maybe right about June results but this is a longterm business - you cannot grow quickly but making progress is what we require and I for one believe that this will grow into a substantial and sustainable business which is all we can ask. | michaelfenton

24/5/2017 19:31 | Any dude who denigrates the new OBT obviously hasn't met Miles and heard his story, ambition and more importantly, checked out his integrity. If you have previous issues, fair enough. But take time to hear the vision.I'm a new holder. Met Miles, like him and journey potential. Bought 2m.Good luck to the bears! | maccamcd

24/5/2017 11:17 | from VSA In recent months OBT has been expanding its own timber marketing operations and growing its sales team in anticipation of the commissioning of its own large-scale sawmill in Mozambique in H2 2017. This deal significantly accelerates that process, providing OBT with an established global trading operation for its existing hardwood operation in Mozambique, enabling it to gain greater access to international markets. In FY 2015, WBI sold wood into more than 40 separate countries and importantly, the two founders have agreed to stay with the business for a minimum of five years following this transaction. Recommendation and Target Price We maintain our BUY recommendation but increase our target price to 36p (from 28p) as a result of this transaction (with the assumption that the due diligence period completes successfully). | maccamcd
24/5/2017 11:12 | Good point remark. No one buys wood, or buys food. Thanks for your help. | jack jebb
24/5/2017 10:10 | Well said JJ. | michaelfenton
24/5/2017 09:42 | This acquisition looks very smart. Obtala have always had the wood, but the infrastructure needed to chop it, cut it, treat it, transport it and sell it was always a difficulty. That has changed with one fell swoop. This is going to be a seriously large company in the months and years to come. | jack jebb
