Well my prediction was correct and closed my short today at 7.5p as was not expecting the update contained within the RNS. This actually puts a totally different perspective on the value of Nuformix.

Wise words Jak, thats why I was buying through 2018 and have a weighted average of 2.6p, time has shown that I've been correct in my decision.

It will be interesting to see if larger holders will be coming onboard now through the broker.

Cash is fine and the chinese side of things is pending so it would be an attractive sell for getting bigger investors on board.

Agreement in writing for owed money worth its weight in gold, sounds like payment deferred while additional collaborations are discussed all part of the final agreement. An impressive update, this could go a lot higher imo dyor ofc.

Great hand Dan holds now. This was very strategic indeed and will be paid in multiples to share holders very soon.
This should be at 15p now that’s settled the deals will be a little quicker coming fwd imo ;)

Yes this was close to sign off back in the summer before the change in regulation from Chinese but it will only accelerate a move to a more cohesive Chinese drugs market Look into Sinopharma they are accruing smaller players they may gob up Yatai then we are partnered with state owned big Pharma That's the big league Dyor. And from this morning RNS deals being negotiated with US We will be on all big Pharma Radar now Ebers going great guns NXP002 going really great guns multiple partners fighting over that one And now NXP004 which is in cancer drug market so will be massive When the dust settles and the market assess today's news we will start the move to new highs With less weak holders the resistance will be minor

Podcast confirms that Eber revenue fully covers operating costs so the placing should be fully invested back into the business rather than be used to pay wages. Market reaction seems to support that.Re: NXP002, sounds like the money may be needed to push ahead with the inhaled delivery solution requured to treat the fibrosis related cough symptoms. This may be needed to satisfy a condition for a prospective deal?There do appear to be regulatory problems with the Chinese deal though. Those are not always easy to get around

Interesting part of the interview around the china payment, increasing it to 3m and increasing their involvment, setting up a joint venture, just waiting for regulatory clearance.
