It's still £2.5 mill cash in a major licencing deal in China plus a 10% royalty stream.

Next, they're licencing the rest of the world with it.

That's an achievement when you consider the number of pharmaceutical stocks that haven't received a penny after years of development.

It's only one of six products they've got patented. Low risk because it works by improving drugs already tested and in use.

The next product they're looking to announce on is even more transformational.

£2.5m aggregate cash deal, aggregate being a key word. It's not the full £2.5 up front.

Makes no difference which PI is ramping or not. The stock doesn't need it, it's doing fine on it's own.

£2.5 mill up front cash deal and a healthy royalty deal going forward in China.

Plenty more in the pipeline too.

Simpleton.... very apt name considering! I'm actually invested in nfx you donut!, & it's clear to see if you re-read my post again that I'm not de-ramping a company that I'm invested in. All I was saying is I expect to see a bit of consolidation before moving on to new highs. As you should know... we need to back test our highs before moving on again. I'm sure you would, along with me see the share price on a gradual trend upwards over the next couple of weeks/months/years, rather than sharp increase, followed by sharp declines, as the overused phase goes, nothing goes up in straight lines! Next time you might be less sensitive on trying to pull up a fellow investor in the same company! Not be the can't take any criticism crew, only that everything is amazing & this is going to £1 by the end of the week, boom, to the moon, rockets & fireworks crew!

There's a lot more hype on MORE by you, looking at your posts, which is just a cash shell.

NFX have secured significant cash and a double digit royalty deal in China with more in the pipeline.

Try deramping a stock that isn't performing, it'll be much easier for you.

Could see maybe a slight pull back for consolidation before moving on, a lot of hype on this share, everyone getting caught up in the pyc rise & has high expectations. Not saying this then couldn't move on to new highs after this period imo.

Presumably long term holders of LVRT are taking the opportunity of making decent gains of c. 200 percent on the re listing by trading today so true value of the new company difficult to discern at this time.
Directors' buys at 4 p a share tends to show their expectations as regarding current worth which I am content to accept. As always dyor

Having held LVRT when share trading was suspended in September 2016 I had wondered if the mooted RTO with NFX would proceed.

Confirmation of the RTO being accompanied by full details of Nuformix's drugs development program give grounds for optimism hence I continue to hold ftb though dyor
