With a market cap of £13m only, this has huge upside once it becomes better known. In particular as it is well financed. An under the radar gem.

Long term, if the tech is bought up, this has probably a shot at being a £100mill+ company

A good move up, trend should see us move towards 4p and previous highs before end of the week. Still 35% upside from here imo dyor.

"Levrett, a Company formed to acquire a target company with realisable or developed commercial technologies in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector, announces that it has entered into a Convertible Loan Agreement for £200,000 ("Loan") with a private investor.


The Loan is for a fixed term of 12 months and carries interest at 9% per annum, which the Lender can elect to convert. The Loan is convertible into new Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 4 pence per share ("Conversion"), and following Conversion the Lender will be granted a one-for-one warrant to subscribe for new ordinary shares at 4 pence per share, exercisable for a period of three years from Conversion.

I'd second those questions if anyone has anything to add.
I had these as a tip from N4P board a while ago and had a dabble, but timescales and potential are a little muddy to me..
From previous investments, Chinese involvement has been a negative in some cases, so I'd be interested too to learn anything that anyone has to sdd about that partcular issue.

Just looking in here after a tip, can anyone give some insight please?

* I have looked through the recent RNSes but can't quite work out the timescale for commercial release of their 2 lead products. There seem to be conflicting statements about doing early in-vitro testing which will then need further phases in humans (ie. years away from commercialisation, like a typical drug) and then they say that they are doing 'bioequivalence' testing, with the implication that if this is confirmed then they can move quickly to commercialisation. Which is it??

* They have licensed NXF001 to China, and in the podcast before Xmas say it is for "development" in China. That implies medical development to me. I am concerned that if NFX have revealed their technology to a Chinese company then they will simply steal it, as they have with so much Western technology. Everyone knows that Western patents are widely ignored in China. Does this concern anyone?

The market cap here seems very low for its prospects, but I am just trying to clarify my understanding.
