Pfizer suggest they might have a drug for Covid-19. Gilead has an RNA polymerase inhibitor already in 3 trials and 2 more about to kick off. Early case report suggests activity.
Regeneron will make monoclonal antibodies for passive treatment but will take a few months to scale up.
Gilead best immediate bet IMO. Good that we have agreement with Pfizer.
For completeness I suggest that Moderna are front runners on vaccines.

to be down 2 days in a row is proof of the shorters army
and in contrast to news .... that ought to have made the share stronger
eg in the weekend the heightened response from the FDA and the CNN video yesterday with a top US surgeon calling the test kit shortage a 'national scandal'.

And Boris yesterday predicting more cases in the UK. ('significant increase')

Obviously some people cannot quantify the actual positive impact of just these statements: " Primerdesign has also signed its first major distribution agreement for the COVID-19 test with a global life sciences company to supply the test to two Asian territories outside mainland China. Initial sales, which are subject to local emergency use approval, are anticipated to be GBP2.1m (EUR2.5m) during the first six months of the agreement. It is expected that the first sales under this agreement will take place in March 2020.

The Company also announces that it has signed an OEM agreement with a US healthcare group for the manufacture and sale of its RUO coronavirus tests."
