No wonder why they stopped all the work... On the top, you'll have fat cat wages, maintenance, expenses and all sort of payments. NOG Will soon need more money or default. Guaranty! |

Posted at 23/1/2020 14:57 by wigwammer Fear, I think. They have a lot of debt - debt is a big no no amongst investors currently - and production will fall again this year. There are a couple of large sellers and we do not know when they will stop. But what the market is not factoring in yet is 1) they have time, resources and cash to put a workable plan together .. 2) sooner or later we are likely to see some positive news on deal flow, well within their cash runway.. 3) the business is still going through a sales process with goldmans. Interestingly, they highlight the potential sale of individual assets, rather than the whole group. When these positives come through is anyone's guess - could be early next week, could be later in the year. That's why it requires patience and a willingness to sit through the volatility. |

Bargains like this don't come along to often on aim. £19 million mcap. I believe we might be getting an RNS before the update on October 29th |

Posted at 06/10/2019 12:12 by w1ndjammer Ok i have got it, another underachiever promises to double productionbut halves it instead. bod more interested in telling investors about all their infrastructure and capacity. but in fact can`t get the stuff out the ground to fill it. on top of that in 2 years they need to approach the bond market, best of luck with that one. i will continue to monitor.
