2. BoD holding 5% CEO others 2.5%.
3. BP hedge facility $25m Texas Bank
5. $25m facility additionally tba by year end
6. Currently production from Pine Mills 100% owned and $500k damages being pursued
7. New acquisition also in Permian Basin with Directors loans results in 8-10 days
8. 3 Permian sites all being drilled conventional
9. c$4m bankable assets
10.Egypt not priced in at all so needs to be accounted for
11. Warrants at 3p
12. Oil price calculations based on Wti $40, 2:1 RoI. However WTi presently $57 and likely to be $60 end of year and $70 next year so current valuations should be 3:1 and even 4:1 next year
13. Current mcap $3.3 million
