26/1/2017 11:54 | Only reason I can see for a placing would be an aquisition? | smarner
26/1/2017 10:11 | not if they need to do a placing from the last RNS. Sold rig and miscellaneous equipment, significantly reduced overhead expense, freeing up additional capital to be used to reinvest in Pine Mills or other fields. | quinan
26/1/2017 09:54 | yes I agree billthebank....but the market will only pay 2.25 bid. I am dubious.....if ntog are doing a placing at 2p I dont want to be paying a lot more. | barnetpeter
26/1/2017 09:53 | Bill, funny you mentioned Ntog and Jlp in one post. Back in the days I bought both companies on the same day or just day after another. Both companies are in red since then. Jlp close to my original price, but Ntog very far from it. GL | marmar80
26/1/2017 09:44 | Maybe SLN? | billthebank
26/1/2017 09:43 | barnetpeter Arent NTOG cashflow positive now? A really good RNS today. The way I have read this though is that we have paid $200K really for 20% of Pine Mills valuing that asset alone at $1M!! Looking forward to watching this company grow exponentially. It appears that the track record here has been dreadful and feel for the long term holders but having said tath O believe this has now plateaud and the share is a great opportunity for new PIs. NTOG WTI and to an extent JLP are all similarly placed Anyone else seen similar propsitions? | billthebank
26/1/2017 09:35 | the wide spread it might mean someone trying to fill their boots. | quinan
26/1/2017 09:25 | Surprised the share price hasn't taken off more than this - caution perhaps? See link to an article covering the RNS, seems equally bullish, but it almost seems too good be true! Haha! | mikeroot5
26/1/2017 08:47 | Its a good rns....trouble is the bid price has gone down! This new oil field looks superb and buying from bankrupt owners is a great idea. Unfortunately though.....it seems ntog might be liable for other debt and it is far too quick to do yet another placing. One day it will surprise..... | barnetpeter
26/1/2017 08:08 | Looking back soon at ntog price as what is now at this level .....for me this is now very exciting for massive gains.I can only feel that a surprise rerate is not far away ? I'll take a chance but it's all been good news as we know . | iloveit
26/1/2017 08:07 | Good Start ! | chinese investor
26/1/2017 07:52 | Wow what a fab RNS | quinan
25/1/2017 10:57 | See what i mean? All this good news and tanking away daily.....great deal but investors think they will get ripped off. | barnetpeter
25/1/2017 09:46 | Lol 50:1.... from 3.5 million to 70,000 ish..... I just need 32p per share to break even.... | dabs1969
25/1/2017 08:51 | When was the consolidation here then? What was it, one for ten? Topicel | topicel
24/1/2017 15:51 | I thought I saw that they did but may have picked it up incorrectly Will have a look later when I have the time. Thanks | billthebank
24/1/2017 13:54 | Bill, I'm asking around to determine whether NTOG owe IRG money ? | chinese investor
24/1/2017 13:52 | Cheers for that!! Still looking for the downside and at present looks like false dawns in the past might be the issue/ | billthebank
24/1/2017 12:48 | "IRG, through its joint venture with Nostra Terra plc ("JV") which owns the asset, remains in discussions with North over the notice of default which North served in respect of unpaid cash calls for November and December 2015, the JV's detailed Dispute Notice in response and the notice served by the JV regarding undertaking detailed audits of the asset in respect of its 2013 and 2014 financial years. The JV continues to challenge North on its performance as operator of the East Ghazalat field including early resolution of the cost overcharges of USD$575,000 identified in the 2012 audit which the JV considers to be immediately payable to it by North. The Company continues to process the regulatory clearances necessary to enable the JV to initiate timely collection of revenue receivables from EGPC. Currently the JV is not receiving any revenue receivables from this asset but the Directors remains confident that this situation will be presently remedied." | chinese investor
24/1/2017 12:45 | Do we owe IRG money ? | chinese investor
24/1/2017 10:34 | Indeed, but we have history here and need to see the next set of figures to avoid the usual pump and dump we keep seeing. The only way to change that is to deliver consistently on promises and results, changing market expectations as we continue to develop Pine and other fields and extract better value per barrel. In other words, hold. Topicel | topicel |
