10/10/2018 17:50 | Two at 300k even Bump. I still wonder if it's Matt moving his holdings around...and yet without an RNS it just might be someone who really has his ear to the ground. On to 4p tomorrow? Topicel | topicel
10/10/2018 14:46 | Another big buy.Someone's confident. | bump3r
09/10/2018 08:37 | 300k or so for me and I believe Matt is around 5m and Kristian as per the RNS the other day in the 2.5m region? The RNS in August setting options at 5p but only vesting for 5-10 days or so at 8p is the kind of allegiance with PIs that I like to see. That, the low and tightly held share capital of c. 145m, are compelling reasons to hold and accumulate here with oil rising all year and likely to keep going it seems. The capital maiden growth was in February and continued to expand since with a return on our investment (NTOG's) of 2-to-1 per $40 barrel of oil and we are approaching double that... The equity line and income generated will ensure little need for a placing except some really juicy acquisition to transform the company from hundreds of barrels per day to maybe thousands. Or we could just settle the long running dispute in arbitration over in Egypt and go exponential without any further spend on new leases? Who knows, but the future is still much more weighted to the upside than the other direction - just looking for the excitement button to be pushed again, probably with fresh drill programme announced as promised in this quarter and new permits granted. That 8p option target is sensible and sound enough to be hit in 2018 imho. The real motoring is done in the final three months of the year here - like 2017 - and the winter fuel needs of the northern hemisphere countries usually precipitate that. Whoever bought £30k-worth, if it wasn't Matt (announced later if so) was shrewd as this is worth much more than $10m when it is producing income up to a third of that per year right now! 08/10/2018 22:17 | It's a substantial holding I realise but I think the story has not been more compelling than it is now...! How many are you in for and also do you know how many management hold? | markth126
08/10/2018 16:07 | Not sure Cinoib, it was almost all one big buy so I'm looking for a similar sell later if Matt has done the same as Ainsworth but in reverse order? There is rarely a leak here for it to be news tomorrow imho - but if it is and it's good enough to get that 30-40% boost back into secure 4p-plus range then it's ok by me too! The rise since Thursday is over 20% so not too shabby if you were dabbling Friday morning on the technical oversold signals that were sounding loud and clear. Topicel | topicel
08/10/2018 16:00 | Oh yes, decent buy indeed Bump, just pulling your wotsit m8. It could well be Matt, that was my inkling after the move on Friday by Kristian. They are often aligned in this sort of thing and the interims are out of the way so they are free to trade. The total is 145m btw; including all options and the like, which is what I always count. The options vest at 8p after quite a few days above too, a purchase price of 5p I believe, and they are very welcome to them if it comes to pass... Blimey markth126, you have some serious spare cash if you do have well over a million of these. That would indeed pay off at 8p! Topicel | topicel
08/10/2018 14:52 | Nearly 20-1 on the buy and only moves .15 on the bid, just how many do we need to bu to make it rise 1p or more any other stock was this well bought it would have risen by at least 30-40% by now not 6ish. Topical, yes and some at the other end of the scale, grossly overvalued. | cinoib
08/10/2018 14:28 | Didn't realise! | markth126
08/10/2018 14:27 | Jeez, did realise I had 0.8% of the company. What was I thinking... however could be fortuitous if the momentum keeps going | markth126
08/10/2018 14:09 | 135.25m shares in issue | swearengen
08/10/2018 14:08 | Topicel145mln share in issue (I thought it was less)So yes it's nearer 0.5%.Still a decent buyBumps | bump3r
08/10/2018 13:45 | bump3r - you need to check your calculator if it tells you that is 'nearly 1% of the company'. Or adjust your definition of 'nearly' ;) Topicel | topicel
08/10/2018 13:43 | Smelling salts at the ready - Matt underscoring the potential...? Topicel | topicel
08/10/2018 13:06 | 895,242 @ 3.45p...yes we don't see that everyday here, I just fainted.. | novicetrade68
08/10/2018 12:57 | More than a punt. Imvhpo | neilyb675
08/10/2018 12:53 | That's some buyNearly 1% of the company! | bump3r
07/10/2018 10:48 | Nice rise. | ken chung
07/10/2018 09:13 | As you know Cinoib there are many about like NTOG where the normal valuation parameters don't seem to work very well, or remotely apply. Call it casino or investing, the shoals of fortune fish await news and momentum it seems and we require permit, drill and workover news as much as good cash flow and equity lines. Kefi is the same, is it not? It has, apparently, all the funding lined up save some basic final red tape and due diligence yet it is easily 20% under what its NAV should be for their project. Both will probably just move up on a whim even, and then overshoot and bring in more frustrated LTHs. Timing, timing, timing applies rather than location, location... Topicel | topicel
06/10/2018 10:23 | Director rollover and I hadn't seen the news well it got people interested, lets hope it keeps momentum on Monday as is well under valued even for such a small company. If you want to put it on a par with other tiddlers then you finish with an .p. in the mid teens, then we'd have fair value. | cinoib
05/10/2018 14:02 | Indeed, bounce is welcome and the Pine Mills increases and other post-June happenings are certainly not in the results. The full year figures will be more than impressive at current oil prices regardless of what else will definitely be set in motion with the cash we are generating, be it more upgrades or new permits/drills or a value acretive acquisition. Buy out is also always possible. Maybe this third wave down will give us the impetus to bust out of the 3-5p range of 2018. The options only vest at 8p remember, they are juicy but not impossible... Topicel | topicel
05/10/2018 11:12 | A well overdue bounce perhaps, I think it has been oversold despite the absence of any meaningful news recently, but the company is still producing, and I don't think the production increases at Pine Mills were reflected in the last results either, fingers crossed in any case ;-) | novicetrade68
05/10/2018 11:04 | Looks better today, disregard the 2 350k sells as is a rollover. Lets see if we can hold the blue on the bid. | cinoib
04/10/2018 14:26 | Toe in water - bought 97,376 @ 2.97p | davidspringbank
04/10/2018 12:04 | Dabs, Same feeling, double buys to sells today and still they mark it down, am suffering here but will hold my breath a little longer as am sure news is just around the corner. Got hit like this last year with Boo now in the blue so a little more patience. | cinoib
04/10/2018 09:13 | F me the 1 year chart looks like the 3 peak challenge | dabs1969 |
