If the intention is to become a £50m Mcap Company then 40p is the target and we don’t want to hang about getting there. Achievable with roughly £12m happening in the Permian with some acquisitions but will need to get Egypt into play. The $25m BP hedge facility can be used anywhere, as has been stated many times, just need to know what’s happening!

Topicel, done the same thing actually (given this is a LTH for me) as I also don't want to tempt my provider to lend the shares out, though I have set the sell price at 20p in case an unexpected RNS from Egypt arrives..

Hopefully this is sign of good flow rates.

Matt tweeted this article this morning - I reckon this is a sign for good news to come! hxxps://oilprice.com/Latest-Energy-News/World-News/API-Reports-Seventh-Large-Crude-Draw-In-Seven-Weeks.html

Bought in here a while back and am seriously considering going long with this. Things feel different here than other AIM stock I've bought. I think the fundermentals are solid here now with the oil price and assets as they are. I might see 2018 out with this one.

It's a 90 day window. ......you set a sell price. It's nowhere near today's price, lol

Mmmmmm - well, as I said to Novicetrade, I hope the stops are set low enough to avoid fishing trips by the MMs when no news arrives and they take the opportunity to gather shares on low volume days, or even just after news on the open to assist filling orders elsewhere later in the day.

The number of times I've been caught by that trick.

Everyone has a sell target, and that is fine, but especially on AIM it is better, imho, to sell up oneself and buy back if the opportunity arises than sit and watch shares get grabbed and then have to pay more.

Of course, if you feel NTOG has run its race for now then no worries, but equally why not just sell up today?

Not saying you're doing the wrong thing, but this is really a re-rate share or its nothing at the moment. IMHO.

Good luck anyway. We all see it differently and certainty is also good. (Although you realise even a stop loss can be useless if the bottom falls out of a share - even Barclays, as I know to my cost overnight on Brexit news.)

Well, Novicetrade68, you spotted and made a similar observation last night - again, it is unclear if buy or sell tonight for that 190k shares for £10k-worth but at 5.26p a pop it is likely a buy indeed.

Either way, while the news 'blackout' remains the MMs will take liberties and sort themselves out some shares, and, go chasing stop loss positions, which on AIM may be comforting but are visible and easily targeted when they are in gathering mode.

I certainly wouldn't like to wake up and see my shares gone as the MMs take it down 10% on an RNS and then re-rate through the day. Like they'd do that...lol!

Still very low volume and we just need patience. Any drop into 4p region and I'll be buying again.

Rather than hitting the sell button myself (because I cant) I have set up auto-sells via my broker (Halifax) to sell at certain prices on 3 of my AIM picks. NTOG is one of those picks.

Sorry Neily, lost me with that one (not the Mmmmm, I now get that!).

3 x limit sell orders is as a protection or what?

Yep. Thats market makers for you working low volume to weed out sellers and stop losses. They want sellers at the comparatively low price to sell them on at a higher price. From what I can glean is that there is a lot to look forward to Q1 here

I've set up 3 x limit sell orders for my 3 AIM picks of 2018.

I have long periods of the day without access to a dealing screen and feel this is the best method for me.

Very odd, some one buys at 4.24pm 190k shares and less than one minute later crooked MMs drop the bid from 5.10p to 5.00p...

Very. Considering our neighbor flowed 350 bopd rate over 3 days then realised he’d drilled into our land/reservoir and handed over a cheque for $17k after selling the oil!

Target is 25-40bopd, so imo anything above 40 is a result. We know the well produced 350 bopd in three days and as per a recent podcast NTOG received a check in the post for that from the other company.
