08/12/2015 23:20 | Different for NTOG. | whoppy
08/12/2015 17:07 | Mgmt's forward statements are basically promotion and can be ignored. The fact is the project generated a loss for the previous owner when the oil price was higher. | bam bam rubble
08/12/2015 16:49 | In an RNS on 03 February 2014 the company said "The new Facility contains both a three year Revolving Credit Facility and a Standby Letter of Credit". So if that is correct the facility would expire in 2017. Perhaps it will be rolled over until then. What makes you think the Egyptian operations are loss making for NTOG/IRG. From what the companies have said the lifting costs and royalties are far less than the current spot price. Sure the asset may require investment in the future but they are probably not in a hurry to drill a new well until the oil price is higher. | sclper
08/12/2015 16:26 | Wasn't it for $25m?..Don't think they have hardly used the facility so it will probably be extended. Why you need so much cash available I don't know. But I guess they had some things they wanted to do in the US but it's been put on hold until oil prices recover. | whoppy
08/12/2015 15:48 | A smart play by the Chief Operating Officer to resign last month following the poorly-timed decision to widen its exposure to loss-making operations in Egypt. Is NTOG's debt facility still set to mature next month or has it been extended? "NTOG has agreed a revolving line of credit. This facility matures in Jan 2016"www.investegate | bam bam rubble
08/12/2015 12:33 | Yes, and the low price would not make it viable really. Still have to invest money to make money even at these low oil prices and I guess picking up distressed assets on the cheap is the way to go. Lending available if the deal is right and adds to bottom line. | whoppy
08/12/2015 12:19 | whoppy, Well it would have to be at a substantial discount, that's for sure. WTI now $38.06, let's see what happens when US trading opens. | andy
08/12/2015 12:02 | Questionable if there is a placing as they wouldn't raise any money. | whoppy
08/12/2015 12:01 | Losing the RBL and having to pay it back pre-maturely... which NTOG cannot do. We will find out in January I guess. | pdtrussell
08/12/2015 11:46 | Placing seems likely and that's the hold back at the moment. Or at least the fear of it. What else can it be? Just general decline of oilers? | nick rubens
07/12/2015 23:12 | iloveit, The bid is now 0.07p! And WTI now $37.65! | andy
07/12/2015 13:41 | Is that still a real signal Neilyb? - I thought it was just a meme nowadays | pdtrussell
07/12/2015 08:33 | 1 trade, RNS logged | neilyb675
07/12/2015 06:12 | Oh, you NEVER get it wrong do you? Where's everyone's 3p Prof? Professor Pettigrew (PANR) 7 Dec'15 - 01:21 - 5971 of 5972 0 0 (premium) If you can convince me, I may even top up to add to my enormous fortune. £2 anyone? I NEVER get it wrong. | michaelsadvfn
03/12/2015 10:12 | so..... if NTOG lose their RBL agreement and have to pay it back will is be CAZA part deux? Thoughts? | pdtrussell
03/12/2015 08:42 | More good news and the share price goes down. This seems to be the trend now in all aim companies. What a bloody mess the world is in, it's getting harder and harder to predict any positive investment. | reba
02/12/2015 08:35 | Yes I agree, that must be a bargain for the whole company! Take out the salary and administration costs and you might even make some money! | andy
01/12/2015 11:35 | I Now Sense 4p By Christmas Eve !!!! | chinese investor

25/11/2015 09:54 | 3p price target for ntog by end of 2015 Previous Poster that's a bit steep !It's down again so far today where are you thinking investors are buying this stock?I don't see many Buys recently or big chunks.RNS yes have been good but investors still hesitant to BUY bucketfulls if any stock at all. | iloveit
23/11/2015 14:29 | BAM BAM Rubble - 21 Sep 2015 - 15:23:55 - 1746 of 1829 Move to Egypt hints at big decline in USA output in H2 H1 2015 (bi-monthly) Jan-Feb 126 boe/d Mar-Apr 111 boe/d (-12%) May-June 90 boe/d (-19%) H2? Jul-Aug: 68 boe/d (-24%)? Sep-Oct: 50 boe/d Nov-Dec: 44 boe/d ------------------- Even lower Jul-Aug: 64 boe/d (-29%) | bam bam rubble
23/11/2015 09:45 | iloveit, Well maybe the fall is due to the reduction in output. Can you find any RNS that mentions they had wells offline? I would have thought that material news, wouldn't you? And whilst production is back up, the average price received of $47 won't be being achieved now, probably closer to $44,so a decrease in revenues next time, unless the OPEC meeting pulls a rabbit out of the hat and they manage to agree. | andy
23/11/2015 09:19 | Here we have a current "Micro-Cap" oil and gas stock, that has fingers in so many pies, the vast majority of them successful. The newsflow here over the past 12 months has all been very positive, and there was over $1m coming from RIchfield Oil and Gas, following a court judgment. Not only that, the charts point to a rapid 30-bag rise from here, fundamentals in the form of rising production also underpin the vastly undervalued share price. More brokers are now noticing NTOG and rating them a BUY. Lots of private investors here are also buying these on a monthly basis, and the amount of stock available to the general public is, piece by piece, slowly falling. Added together, and with more good news to come regarding production and the possibility of more oil finds, NTOG retains my 3p price target by the end of 2015. | poseidon adventure
23/11/2015 09:09 | Where's the clown who started this thread? Lots of private investors here are also buying these on a monthly basis, and the amount of stock available to the general public is, piece by piece, slowly falling. There's only one thing falling Prof...the share price. lmfao | michaelsadvfn |
