Having read that, it's clear why he's been brought on board, makes a lot of sense! I wonder how much they intend to raise?

This is a great addition to the company, he will bring contacts, years of experience, and a wealth of knowledge....you just can't win on AIM unless you become a shorter, this company makes money and is self-sufficient, will buy more when i get funds, just jumped into AST today, if i saw this drop coming i would have bought here, i thought this would be up today.

I take it as Discovery Energy Limited is the name of Mr Ainsworth's company, so he will get paid two ways to provide support to NTOG.

Getting paid solely in shares means either he believes the share price will rise significantly, or that NTOG does not have the free liquidity to pay in cash. You decide on how to interpret that.

The expiration date for all warrants will be 24 June 2020.

In addition it is intended to grant Discovery Energy Limited warrants to subscribe for up to 33,333,334 Ordinary Shares on the same terms to the above, with options over 16,666,667 Ordinary Shares vesting on 24 June 2016 and 16,666,667 on 24 June 2017. Discovery Energy Limited will be a contractor for the provision of certain services to Nostra Terra. Mr Ainsworth is a shareholder and will be an employee of Discovery Energy Limited."
