20/12/2011 14:07 | Nice one max | sg31
20/12/2011 13:33 | sg31 yes it certainly was but at 2-0 down after 15mins or so I would have taken that. Megson has them playing with pride and so long as we can keep Ben Marshall then we should get promiotion. 28,000 fans for a League one match. | soulsauce
20/12/2011 13:30 | No , it involves going to Sheffield. | bionicdog
20/12/2011 13:13 | It must have been a real gut wrencher at the end... I remember years ago Wednesday were 4-0 or 4-1 up with about 5 minutes to go and ended up drawing 4 all. Cant remember all the details but we left about 5 mins from the end. Got home and couldn't believe the final score. I wasn't keen on Megson taking over but he does seem to have done a good job so far. I don't think anyone looks forward to playing Wednesday these days. | sg31
20/12/2011 12:53 | Biggest surprise was Megson seemed happy with draw. Thought he would be "ranting" about the extra extra extra time. | willy26
20/12/2011 12:07 | Now then CC be fair, it must take a great deal of organising to sort that yearly biscuit order out ;-) | soulsauce
20/12/2011 12:03 | Soul - you forgot to mention Del's fat cat salary and remuneration package! Not bad for doing sweet FA | charles clore
20/12/2011 12:01 | production could be achieved in 2012 or 2013 Nice timeline from NOP, Drill 2007... Frac 2009... Test 2011... And therein lies the problem and NOP in a nutshell. No test production figures and nothing from the company since the downgrade on the Dutch assets. Another year of Italian waste. One well in England but doubtful they will ever produce from it. Luckily Tullow might save Muzzers blushes. Well if he is not blushing he bloody well should be for the dire performance and poor shareholder value. | soulsauce
20/12/2011 11:57 | A pound by xmas? Not likely imho. By spring? Yes I think so. | charles clore
20/12/2011 11:18 | Some good advice from the HOUS thread... mulebraker - 19 Dec'11 - 19:12 - 194554 of 194568 "You want to be careful with that tea stuff, you could end up with an alcohol deficiency in your blood stream, my doc warned about that twenty years ago when I was in my 60`s, it thins the blood you see, the Med diet isn`t just about olive oil you know" | maxk
20/12/2011 11:00 | Curry I am trying to meet up with a couple of Aussie oilmen, for a few hours at airport on Friday, if we can get plane times to coincide. These 2 have nothing to do with Shell, Tullow, NOP or WSX, however they know about Zaedyus and were spot on with their predictions of whether oil would be found first time and when news would be announced. If I do manage to meet up I shall report back. | orado
20/12/2011 10:46 | Z update could be any time now. The side track should have been finished by the end of last month. | ed 123
20/12/2011 10:39 | thanks ed.. any idea when the long awaited Z update will be given ? | currypasty
20/12/2011 10:37 | Not enough info given by NOP. Hence flat market for the shares. If they were to reveal the estimated rate of gas and oil production from this well, together with its capital cost and operating cost, and an independent P1 figure for reserves - then the market would know where to go. Tullow will do a better job of informing, when they publish the Zaedyus update. | ed 123
20/12/2011 10:26 | Well, that news went down like a glass of stale beer... | maxk
20/12/2011 09:00 | drilled in 2007 and hydraulically fractured in 2009. Permission was received to conduct the test utilising a "jet pump" to assist the flow of oil. production could be achieved in 2012 or 2013 Nice timeline from NOP, Drill 2007... Frac 2009... Test 2011... I think I see a pattern.Still they did say it could be on production in 2012 so it could be producing in just a couple of weeks. HaHaHa, Sorry nurse I'll take my medication now if you promise not to put me back in the straight jacket | sg31
20/12/2011 08:32 | Currypasty. Jet pump details here ... | ed 123
20/12/2011 08:01 | Northern has completed an extended well test of the Ottoland oil discovery drilled in 2007 and hydraulically fractured in 2009. Permission was received to conduct the test utilising a "jet pump" to assist the flow of oil. great stuff... anyone know what a jet pump is ? | currypasty
20/12/2011 07:52 | Extended well test at Ottoland completed. But no figures yet. They seem to be decided that it's commercial, though. Production to commence 2014 (incl. my allowance for slippage). | ed 123
20/12/2011 07:52 | Hooray! No , not really. Val I got a trolley of Pride , a trolley of ESB and one of Budvar. | bionicdog
19/12/2011 21:15 | Yeah, could be the wife.... | maxk |
