Val, you are up bright and early. I can understand your post which must indicate a distinct inadequacy of alcohol last night.

OT/OT
You might be able to assist in my quest for the perfect alcoholic ginger beer. The first brew ended up with a sg of 990, too dry. I used a champagne yeast as in the recipe I found. I had to back sweeten with sorbitol to make it drinkable.
Next I tried an ale yeast again sg 990. Same problem.
I need a yeast that will produce 5% alcohol. That will have enough capacity to condition it and not leave it too dry.
Using the yeasts I've tried if I bottled at say 1005 the bottles would explode or it would end up too sour.
Any ideas.

I understand that if you are on a boat you can adopt any timezone of your choosing.
Her family are coming for lunch on Monday , so I'll be picking peas up from the floor for the next few days. I'm not sure whether to give them any decent wine or not. Trouble is I'll have to drink it as well. I reckon that if I put a bottle of Blossom Hill rose on the table with a decent red , i'll be the only one drinking the red.

The serious investing business is nearly over for the week, just a few more hours until TSX closes. Max only about 45 mins till you can crack one open.

My cousin works for BT in Sheffield. I arranged for him to bug Souls pad with a camera system under the pretence of fixing his phone.

Now to be honest my cousin isn't the sharpest tool in the box, infact "tool" describes him quite well. Anyway here is the footage.
