Try Blossom Hill , available at all bad supermarkets and corner shops. They are all awful , but the red of non-specific grape or year is a particular treat.

I wouldn't at the moment. I think that the old 20p to 25p bounce might have been played one time too many. I prefer to use RDSB , BG. etc as a bet on the market in general at present.

I have a similar problem...I don't mind being a cheapskate...what I need is something that is lethal to obnoxious bores. I tried being rude and offensive but still they want to visit.

OK, lethal might be going a bit far but something so awful, revolting and undrinkable that they would rather have their eyes gouged out with the rusty scissors used by typhoid Mary to cut the bandages off suppurating lepers than visit my house and be forced to drink one more mouthful.

Many thanks for all of the wine related queries that I've received over the past week or so. Sorry that I'm a bit behind with the replies , but the mailbag has been simply overflowing. I will attempt to rectify this by dealing with a few now.
