Yea I have a reasonable knowledge of the
Sub prime loan market.
Potentially NSF does have a bright future but it is solely dependent on the Regulator authorising their compensation scheme . The company announcements tell you that . No Regulator approval for the compensation package then the backing for the 80 million share issue is withdrawn. Then that will be curtains .
I have to agree with Silverstone, it will.be deeply discounted. Those that think the financiers will be issuing shares at a premium ???. I will have a pound wager with anyone , There will be no premium :-)

PS: The outcome is not as binary as you suggest. NSF is much more diverse than the likes of Amigo. 939 employees and increasing year on year, with many current vacancies up and down the country. Many of the competition have been eliminated. NSF has a bright future ahead of it.

I did short this some time back .
This is dropping big time , depending on where the drop stops ?.. I might be in for the Gamble . Its straight forward..if it gets regulatory approval ?.. it will be a win ..if it doesn't ? .. obviously a lose .
