Potentially NSF does have a bright future but it is solely dependent on the Regulator authorising their compensation scheme . The company announcements tell you that . No Regulator approval for the compensation package then the backing for the 80 million share issue is withdrawn. Then that will be curtains . I have to agree with Silverstone, it will.be deeply discounted. Those that think the financiers will be issuing shares at a premium ???.
