Results are bad, but were expected to be bad due to covid and write offs. Share price and mcap have been on the floor for a long time for a reason. Company directors should focus now on the share price to enhance it a little before any capital rise. Closing down Guarantor Divi maybe sounds bad, but could be a good thing too.

It's unlikely PIs will get a chance to contribute to the fund raise. THe forward selling is probably what's keeping the price down.

A cash raise is exactly what we want. Once that's complete we're on a sound footing and will re-rate from there. NSF is a much better option than an AMIGO type gambles. A growing diversified business.

Why would ppl gamble in this? The company has constantly warned abt the impending cash raise which I predict will be below 2p min. Even then doubt there will be many funds taking that sort of risk. GL you will need it
