Following the completion on 16 October 2003 of the reorganisation of capital,
the placing and the acquisition announced by the Company on 23 September 2003,
the Directors hold the following interests in the issued ordinary shares of the
Company:



i.               Roger Newton acquired 86,957 new ordinary shares pursuant to
the placing and now holds a total of 90,007 ordinary shares (representing 1.75%
of the enlarged issued ordinary share capital).  He holds options over 77,057
ordinary shares.

ii.             Jasper Allen acquired 108,696 new ordinary shares pursuant to
the placing and now holds a total of 109,096 ordinary shares (representing 2.12%
of the enlarged issued ordinary share capital).  He holds options over 77,057
ordinary shares.

iii.            Kean McDonald acquired 434,783 new ordinary shares pursuant to
the placing and now holds a total of 436,909 ordinary shares (representing 8.50%
of the enlarged issued ordinary share capital).  He holds options over 77,057
ordinary shares.

iv.            Ian Goldbart is interested in 860,869 new ordinary shares
(representing 16.76% of the issued ordinary share capital) being the
consideration shares issued pursuant to the acquisition.  He holds options over
359,602 ordinary shares.

v.             Dimitri Loulakakis holds options over 154,115 ordinary shares.
