They were used as collateral.When they got the margin calls and did not cover.The banks started the rapid liquidation.Serve them right.Now everyone got their shares that potentially valued min 1500.Don't worry too much about Arabs and Indian crooks.

As the 10.9m were reported as UNENCUMBERED on 14 Feb 2020.These were all sold by 6th Feb 2020.Did Dr Shetty sell out or were these shares actually ENCUMBERED in some way?Either way the RNS on 14th was inaccurate and mislead the market.No position but watching the story interest.

Brilliant news! So he has basically sold out. That is what has caused the crash. The bank has been selling his shares on a factory scale without his say so but no doubt in line with agreements.

What a pickle Mr Shetty has got himself into, so is it the case he doesn't know what he has sold, at least the board are trying to sort out the governance issues fast. Wonder how the market will read into this tomorrow. Probably won't have much effect and see the price continuing to recover
