Who’s going for the Brucie bonus, surprises me that folks don’t wait a little for clarity, some of these posters must very deep pockets and a complete aversion to risk, then the sensible ones might be hedging with a spread bet!

steeplejack,

Exactly. Either the resignations are a necessary clearing decks related to the share disclosure issue (potentially positive, leading to takeover) or worse lurks.

Although a suspension would more likely imply the latter.

Post due diligence, may need a new audit to confirm the financial state of this company.

You would think that if all these directors are resigning that the findings of the independent review might be expedited. The market is in the dark as to just how extensive the fraud extends and that's reflected in today's uncertain opening.I would of thought a suspension of shares is the most sensible option.

Going to take a bid to move this up, seems the ,market had this right no position currently , they had to resign not much choice when you are in the FTSE, could recover but not for widows and orphans.

Besides Shetty and his buddies share ownership shenanigans, This remains a great Business and IMO has still at least 100% upside from here on, in the next few weeks! Solid growth business, great fundamentals, results out on 4th March!!

Revenue:
2016 - $1.2B
2017 - $1.6B
2018 - $2.1B
2019 - $2.7B (expected)

Lovely jubly! Will be topping up this AM.

suspended on opening is my guess. just how much BS can one company expect the market and regulators to swallow?
