Jeffries issued a broker note with a target of 2810 recently too (although several of their last NMC notes have proven to be low). I see this at 3000 at the end of this year!

My mistake, thought the shares were worth £2700 each, re-enforced by the remarkably low turnover. Stopped me from buying any today. Just as well, cause I would have lost money. Still watching though.

Hi high park,

I see, although your calc looks wrong - the RNS states 2,560,000 shares from Dr. Shetty and 10,000,000 shares from Bin Butti - with current share price at £27 would total a little over £339m.

Perhaps another acquisition/expansion? Either that or something external and the shares are an easy source of capital to use as security. (although doubtful as 2 separate directors have made the same pledge recently - one would assume it is connected).

Thoughts?

I can't see the problem either, but at PAYS it was thought a dodgy deal, and helped to keep the share price down for quite while. MALCOLMMM can probably explain.

10,000,000 shares @ £2700 is 27,000,000,000. But HL claims the Company is valued at only 5.52 billon with 204 million shares in issue. HL must be using the English billion with 12 zeros.

HL also states the PE to be 46.54.

PE Ratio is high so not a bargain stock but growth is 33.3%

Hi high park, could you comment on how the shares secured against the loan may affect the share price. To me it seems as if the shares being used as security wouldn't have a major impact as they are just collateral in the event that both director fail to repay which seems pretty unlikely given their history. Thanks

Great similarities to PAYS as MALCOLMMM will recognize.

Share has been rising steadily for years.

Recently joined the Footsie.

On 8 September Khalifa Bin Butti pledged 10,000,000 shares against a loan, as did Joel Leonoff, which caused such problems.

Blackrock has increased it's holding.

Need I say more?

Yes I agree bad week, usual late September sell off on most stocks mainly due to interest rates about to rise but the US is holding up well so I am ready to invest more nearer xmas

The Blackrock RNS just shoes that they increased on their long position slightly. I believe it went from a 4.89% to 5.01% holding.difficult week last week for most equities but this will be on the rise again soon!
