01/6/2017 15:10 | From latest finals.."Obtained bank waivers of all debt non-compliance through 30 June 2017, the maturity date of the Company's reserve based loan facility. The Company is in negotiations over an extension to the maturity date and believe an equitable arrangement can be reached with the bank prior to that time."- HAWK must be aware of the Bank's position or offer already, before they could possibly write that.At least June only has 30 days.Roll on.. | rockin robin

31/5/2017 18:00 | Long time since I was in these but I read the results RNS and have to say some of you are either very brave or remarkably foolhardy. You are hoping that all 3 of the risk warnings are successful (bank loan renegotiation, new funding and Waterflood). If any one of these 3 legs fall, so does the company. Best of luck. | waterloo01
31/5/2017 17:47 | Hopefully before the end of June too!! | blakieboy7
31/5/2017 17:36 | Well they had their tree shake, gave some an unexpected opportunity to buy/top up/Ave down. I am up to my neck in them Popped £4k into isa. Hopefully this is the drop in production that occurs as per WF info/charts. Refinance news next, hopefully. Gla | philmac56

31/5/2017 12:48 | Nothing. They all know it is a busted flush and are desperately ramping so they can bail out. | jonc
31/5/2017 12:15 | What do you know JonC that all the rest of us on this Board do not??? | maxwell
31/5/2017 11:42 | Sell and salvage what you can. There is nothing here for PIs. | jonc
31/5/2017 11:16 | And let's not forget that even as we prove up recoverable reserves with WF, we are pumping out over 900 barrels per day net. | mallorca 9
31/5/2017 11:12 | I took the "later this year" to a delay to the previous Q2 estimate. They are very specific on the month and year on their compliance RNSs, could it be that they were individual monthly figures estimated against a rising production from WF? Nearly back to flat on what should have been negative news, however a lot have taken CBA's stance as a positive. I think the reason for the Friday pm results is now clear, to give the market the outlook before having to post this news about May production. Positive future against a disappointing recent past..... | troutisout
31/5/2017 11:11 | Maybe the minimum amount of production by the bank has been increased as they expected the water flood up and running earlier and results to show earlier. But while the production amount may not be at the right level, the monetary amount must be ok because oil is higher. just my thoughts | reallyrich
31/5/2017 11:10 | Phil, firstly WF is about proving up increased recoverable reserves. The loan is reserves based. Production will ramp up later. Also, the current Wti price doesn't give a great incentive to ramp up output yet. I'm pretty confident that Rick has now cleared out the historical bad stuff and that June see's us turn the corner at last. | mallorca 9
31/5/2017 11:06 | The confusing fact here for me to grasp is that in the finals we were told "We have started to see results and, based upon initial estimates, believe that there is significant upside both in reserves and production to be realized later this year." But today, we are told we will not be in compliance for may with regards to production figures, we have not been given a figure!! However, CBA, do not seem concerned. But I am confused. Good Luke to all who topped up today. | philmac56
31/5/2017 10:47 | Thanks. Let's see what happens in June. | marmar80
31/5/2017 10:43 | Some of you grabbed a real bargain this morning!! Well done | blakieboy7
31/5/2017 10:28 | Finally happy cause was waiting very long time to average down and my deadline was to do so before June end. Time will tell if the risk was worth it, but I think they are doing a lot in the background to save the company. | marmar80 |
