In my experience all the companies I was daft enough to invest in that went private eventually went bust. Glad I steered clear of this beauty having lost a load years ago in the Sports Cafe

La Willingham's business is crumbling. Nightcap will only be able to pay rent and payroll this month thanks to another bailout funding. But even that £3.5 million funding is struggling to complete. She is having to fire staff at HQ as I revealed HERE but has yet to 'fess up to the market. Her staff hate her after I revealed how money from the tronc ( tips for low paid bar staff) was used for a luxury ski trip for senior managers. So what does she do?

The only people who are making money at Nightcap are the directors trough their salaries. They are performing operationally worse than Revolution but don't have the debt overhang. Can't see them lasting more than 2 years

On 12 September 2022 Sarah Willingham and her NightCap (NGHT) chain issued an RNS “Barrio Familia Group Watford Opening”



Google today says:

Permanently closed
Barrio Watford is permanently closed. If that's wrong, you can suggest an edit.

Watford does not appear in the Barrio website 'locations' page. One fifth of the Barrio locations are now closed leaving ANGEL, BRIXTON, SHOREDITCH & SOHO.

The big elephant in the room at NightCap (NGHT) is that it missed its Christmas budget by a mile, is being booted out of its biggest venue within weeks and will run out of cash on March 25 when quarterly rents are due and that it has not ‘fessed to this as it should under AIM Rule 11. That all comes down to corporate governance where this company is among the worst on AIM, if not the worst...
