GBP85.6 million IPO, Admission to the Official List and to Trading on the London Stock Exchange

and PDMR shareholdings

Further to the announcement on 16 April 2014, NextEnergy Solar Fund Limited ("the Company"), a newly incorporated Guernsey company focused on operational solar photovoltaic assets located in the UK, is pleased to announce that 85.6 million ordinary shares in the Company have today been admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities under the ticker "NESF".
