15/10/2024 15:04 | I bought some more at 76.2p. Seemed like a good price at the time. lol. | cc2014
15/10/2024 14:47 | Certainly seems to be out of favour at the moment. | kernelthread
15/10/2024 14:40 | Downtrend from end 2022 still intact though isn't it ? | kaffee
14/10/2024 08:35 | Well if this isn’t a buy point at or on a bottom trendline, I don’t know what is! | yump
11/10/2024 12:29 | xmax present lol | prokartace
11/10/2024 12:19 | Nov ex dividend pay in Dec | daler1966
11/10/2024 10:36 | This pullback seems far enough to me so added early on when the price got pushed down again. I hope that's the end of what seems to have been quite forceful selling. | cc2014
10/10/2024 15:44 | Blimey another squeeze on renewables stocks. Haven't gone again here yet, but I am selling off old holdings in blue chips to free up the cash, the income here is double. | marktime1231
09/10/2024 14:08 | Time to buy again? | prokartace
30/9/2024 13:10 | Strength today is coming from dividend reinvestment | prokartace
30/9/2024 12:05 | Pleased that this has recovered a little, sub-80p still feels like an out-and-out bargain on the evidence of sustainably covered income. Surely everyone is reinvesting their dividends. What caused the sharp dip last week to 77p got me spooked though. If that was a false low engineered by someone playing the market or is pre-empting something negative in the budget it might happen again. A good test of confidence to add further if there is another dip. | marktime1231
27/9/2024 09:52 | And the majority is inflation-linked, which might come in handy | return_of_the_apeman
27/9/2024 08:59 | A solid 10.5% yield at 80p - what's not to like? | wassapper
26/9/2024 13:21 | Good move for those who added here yesterday. I didn't but added some more today as sub 80 is too low in my opinion. Good luck all 👍🏻 | tuftymatt
26/9/2024 13:01 | Looks to me like seller is done. Not a seller in sight. Perhaps apart from the 500k which is reported as a sell but could be anything and even if it was a sell it appears someone has absorbed it. | cc2014

26/9/2024 10:53 | I hope they are done as I have added a 2nd tranche just now | return_of_the_apeman
26/9/2024 09:47 | hmmm. How odd. Whoever was selling shares in volume over the last few days and pushing down the price has just stopped. Only 130k shares traded as I write which is low. Of course the seller could just be resting and I guess buyers are reluctant to commit too much cash unless he comes back. Normally I would hazard a guess as to whether he's done or not but I have no clue! | cc2014
25/9/2024 12:27 | The sudden decline yesterday was surprisingly sharp. As if to create a temporary dip for those looking to reinvest dividends on Monday, it is timely anyway. I have added again so as not to miss out. | marktime1231
24/9/2024 15:56 | Looks like this could be heading back towards 70p. | kernelthread
06/9/2024 14:51 | Yes buying more at 80p is something I have too done today. Good luck all 👍🏻 | tuftymatt
06/9/2024 12:27 | Added on this no-news dip below 80p, and set to go again. The distribution is covered even after selling off some operating assets, can't ignore the yield. | marktime1231
20/8/2024 15:43 | I haven't checked recently, but 3IN, PINT and JLEN were using much higher average discount rates than NESF, so I feel that there's more hidden value in those. Not sure about their dividend coverage but their yields are not as good, although maybe compensated for by capital growth prospects. | apollocreed1
20/8/2024 08:10 | Have bought today, this seems an anomaly/outlier Div coverage projected as 1.1-1.3× this year Current yield 10.4% Golden cross just occurred on the chart and there seems solid support at 80p Discount to NAV 20% Anyone have anything with a better dividend/coverage ratio? | return_of_the_apeman |
