Next 15 announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 50,386 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to AIM.
The Ordinary Shares are to be issued in respect of the acquisition of certain growth shares from management under the M Booth & Associates LLC Equity Incentive Plan.
These new Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 5 December 2023.
Following the issue and allotment of these new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 99,682,581 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
