08/3/2006 11:57 | See someone has bailed must need the cash. DGT going well may get some more when sell them but close to 1% already, don't really want to make bid for company!!!! AW | amazon_woman
08/3/2006 09:10 | Thanks Cheeks I am an optimist but do not throw money away. I understand the risks here but feel the massive upside more than balances them. The directors may be sharp but that is no bad thing they know how to make money. Their earlier problems were due in large by too many "experts" joining the board and taking big salaries with out making the promised contributions. Those people have long gone and the Bollmanns are keeping tight control. It is possible to learn from mistakes. Their recent aquisitions show they are on the ball and not missing an opportunity to significantly grow the business at minimal cost. It would take much longer to do it organically. Anyway busy on DGT which is flying. Give it a month or two, May results, and this one will too. My opinion only. They would not advertise when the results are out or get the results out so early if they were not good. I am very confident. Not trying to persuade any one they will do what they want just passing on what I know and enjoying some debate. All the best and good luck AW | amazon_woman
08/3/2006 08:52 | I am a lot more sceptical than AW, but have to agree with her/him(?). The future DOES look a lot better, the recent NEWS has been good, yes, not in pounds and pence, but still GOOD. Having sat here and experienced so much bad news over the years, it's becoming obvious that they have finally turned the corner and the future is looking bright (to quote The Mavericks). We all know how much stock the directors have to themselves (circa 50%), so the remainder will be fiercely fought over when it is generally accepted that these shares are worth having. I believe the results due in May (was it?) will be the watershed on this share and the good times will roll for the patient long term investor ....i.e. ME! Thanks for your continued input AW, it's nice having a positive input on this thread after years of doom & gloom. As always, everyone should do their own research into a shares before buying/holding/selli Good luck to all Cheeks | cheeks
07/3/2006 21:05 | Humbugg if you cannot see good news your loss they have bought 2 businesses for next to nothing which will add significantly to bottom line. Watch and see. Look over on DGT thread which i have also been in for same time and now coming good. Nty will follow no huff as you call it I have invested and believe in company if you don't then what are you doing here. I gave figures before and gave my source any of you could check on them. Basically bought business for token sum to provide continuity. I guess i am at an advantage knowing and understanding more than you but it is not my duty to spell it out for you. All information is on the open market pick up the phone and talk to people. AW | amazon_woman
07/3/2006 15:57 | AW (Post 106)Cant believe the level of news this year and all good???????????? what good news???????? there's me looking for facts, contracts, posi | humbugg
06/3/2006 11:33 | Cheeks problem with waiting for the IF is it moves fast. Best way is to put in a buy order just over latest high then if it falls you can go in cheaper but if it takes off you get in cheap. Sounds simple doesn't it must admit have not used this method myself yet but will do in future. This works for both buys and sells. Saves either paying too much or taking low price when it moves. AW | amazon_woman
06/3/2006 09:54 | British Bulls posts a "BUY-IF" for NTY at the moment. then again, they posted a "SELL" on 14/2 at £1.01. ;o) | cheeks
06/3/2006 09:24 | Well done and good idea Cheeks that will have brought down your average price. Shall we take bets on when the next news will come out. There has been loads since dec and expect the directors to keep this up. They have bigger incentive than us for getting share price up as own more than 50% of the shares. AW | amazon_woman
06/3/2006 09:16 | Morning AW, I actually picked some more of these up on the 1st March, just as the latest announcement came out. I didn't want to shout about it to avoid being accused of ramping, but am now a lot more confident about the future of these shares. I bought double the amount of my original stake, so am in big time now. Here's hoping for a good week. Looking forward to results. Cheeks | cheeks
05/3/2006 22:41 | Asked fingers for an analysis of the chart but notice that the moving averages have crossed over which is a very bullish sign. Am expecting sharp move next week upwards. Can not believe level of news this year and all good. Cheeks if you are still waiting for a drop to top up I think you may have missed it. Will be up bright and early tomorrow as also in on DGT which is also on the move abought time but both of them going at the same time is great coincidence. Weird thing happened on iii site as DGT is now showing next to NTY in my portfolio which is alphabetical and usually has at least 30 shares between the two. Spooky but taking it as good sign. Will let you know what fingers says or you can check on his site look up epic £1 on BB Good luck all AW | amazon_woman
02/3/2006 13:18 | They certainly DO have to prove that they can take a company forward. In my 7 years experience here, it's always gone the other way. | cheeks
02/3/2006 13:04 | lets see if they can sell anything to the 500 strong potential market. im not holding my breath.i wonder why the muppet hasnt managed to get any institutions interested in the stock :-)) | humbugg
02/3/2006 11:41 | Little tick back up this should not be going down at the moment with all recent good news. Expect to see blue by end of day. AW | amazon_woman

01/3/2006 13:20 | you are behind times look at news and postings. They are recently out of insolvency and building business back up, very fast by the look of things. Rise holding looks like will move further today and poss all week. AW | amazon_woman
01/3/2006 11:57 | any reason why NTY shoot up today............... | tkalam
01/3/2006 11:34 | agreed with BB..but i think, when it comes to legacy networks..i.e. token ring stuff, there are still loads about and the time frame NTY talked about was around 2 yrs.. i think there is an opp to cross sell products and gain access to corporates.. remembering that this is a tiny company.. saffy.. | safman
01/3/2006 11:25 | Cheers for the info saffy, it's useful to know what level of demand for these shares there is at the moment, bodes well Cheeks | cheeks
01/3/2006 11:22 | Another good deal - I am sure they are picking up these companies on the cheap - the problem is that they are legacy products that will store up problems in the future when they have to shut them down. There should be some good economies of scale at work here though and IF it enables them to get access to some good blue chips to sell their FOLLOWME kit then that is good news. Pity the facial recognition stuff has not done better as yet. Will hold until £4 | britishbear
01/3/2006 11:22 | thamks AM, will have a look. | jailbird
01/3/2006 11:18 | yeah ..again..duo WINS/EVO on the bid..2v1.. so L2 is strong ..depends who wishes to hold..for the longer term..s saffy.. | safman
01/3/2006 11:06 | Seems we are at an impasse, MM's want our shares, but nobody wants to sell them ...who's going to blink first ? Cheeks | cheeks
01/3/2006 09:12 | Cheers, Can these be traded through virt-x ? ...they don't show up here do they ? No sellers so far, MM's not getting what they want, only one way to go ....up Cheeks | cheeks
