PDSB hasn't moved

For the last few weeks PDSB went from 0.6 to 4.5 and NSCI did nothing because of overhang

Also PDSB is a microcap minnow in US. It only moves if RobinHood muppets start buying. Institutions clueless.

Today's news is massive. PDSB in their $100m shelf financing said they believe in their platform being massive. If it shows any efficacy in Immunotherapy or Covid a $50m Market Cap is going to go up minimum 10x
