03/9/2007 10:14 | Does this chart show the last price paid, rather than the mid-price? Seems to go up and down like a yo-yo, unlike my other shares where the mid-price is shown. | mlangton1
01/9/2007 13:14 | I know what you mean dan, but if it was a virtual certainty 20% return we ordinary investors wouldnt get a look in. We'll see I suppose | mlangton1
01/9/2007 11:39 | jees, its hardly sticking your neck out to say this will go to £1. I'd have thought that was a virtual certainty given how undervalued the stock is. Question in my mind is how long before we see £2? | dan1man
31/8/2007 15:52 | Two positive reviews in Investors Chronicle and Shares Mag today. The latter predicts a gradual rise to £1 | mlangton1

29/8/2007 07:58 | Quinan very good point. Party's revenues are now one third of the peak. How much of Party's revenues go via Neteller? | dealy

26/8/2007 14:28 | The fine didn't have anything to do with the UIGEA AFAIK, so overturning it is unlikely to result in a cash return. Overturning it is unlikely anyway. America's too arrogant to abide by any decision by an external body IMO. | stewjames
26/8/2007 13:29 | interesting find:- Casinos, betting shops and gambling websites can place TV commercials from September 1 onwards. The change is part of the Gambling Act 2005 which brings with it a relaxation of current gambling advertising laws. this from the press association this am | tipsytoad
26/8/2007 11:41 | With regard to the fine, what would be the consequences of the UIGEA being overturned? Would NLR be able to claim it back, or is that it now? | macer
25/8/2007 11:06 | thanks MC. Looking interesting. | maestro4
24/8/2007 18:08 | maestro4 My reference was not concerning litigation against NLR. The law prohibiting internet gambling is being challenged in the US courts. It is deemed to be unconstitutional by iMEGA (Interactive Media Entertainment & Gaming Association). The legal challenge is against the Department of Justice and the Federal Reseve that rail-roaded the UIGEA (Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act) through Congress last year. The first stage of the challenge is due to be heard in a New Jersey court on Sept 4th 2007. The DoJ have already asked for one extension, the original hearing was set for 17th August 2007. | mercier et camier |
