Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading provider of Low-code and customer engagement software, announces that on 28 December 2018 Michael Jackson, Chairman of the Company, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, at a price of 30 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Mr Jackson has an interest in 1,200,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each, representing 0.84 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
